Terms of Service

Effective October 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of the websites and applications provided by Spectre International Ltd. ("Spectre"), including spectre.ltd, spectre.markets and the SPECTRE Desk app (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account and devices secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

No investment advice

The Services provide market data, analytics and software tools for information purposes only. Nothing in the Services is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Trading futures, cryptocurrencies and other instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with their operation, reverse engineering them except as permitted by law, scraping or redistributing data without permission, or using them for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Services, including software, data compilations, analytics and content, are owned by Spectre or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own purposes under these terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that data is complete or timely. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spectre is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for trading losses, arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the Services or other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
